Training

Valley Traffic Systems provides training for their traffic control personnel through the Road Smart Training Institute. Since 1997, the Road Smart Training Institute has been in business performing traffic control training. Over this time there have been significant changes to the rules and regulations governing Traffic Control People. The most recent changes to the course offerings came into effect in June 2003, whereby all Traffic Control People were to take a new regulated training course.
